You can reset your password from the log in page for LexisNexis NZ by clicking on the Forgot Your Password blue link.  Alternatively, you can call the customer services helpline which is 0800 800 986.

On Lexis Advance you can simply click on Forgot Your ID or Password link to reset your password.

In Internet Explorer 7 as well as older browsers, the RSS feed button will appear in the browser toolbar.  If you do not see this button, under the Tools option select customise toolbar and ensure the RSS feed is included in your toolbar view.  Once subscribed, the feed will appear in the bookmarks toolbar within Firefox or Favourites within Internet Explorer.  Google Chrome does not support RSS feed by default, you will need to download the RSS subscription extension (By Google) which can then be added to your Chrome browser.

 Yes, you can easily deeplink all videos available on Knowledge Network Pacific, simply click the 'Embed' button located directly underneath the video you would like to deep link and embed the code into your intranet.
