Where can I find the latest cases?

Latest cases are covered in the Latest Legal Updates section on the module homepage. Our team of legally trained editors are constantly looking for new cases that are relevant to the topics in the modules.   Each update has a brief summary of the case, a link to the actual text of the case and a link to the relevant guidance note. Please note that customers can search for latest legal updates as well.

How will I know if a particular case changes an existing legal principle?

If a case changes an existing legal principle (such as a Supreme Court case or a High Court case) then our authors who are all contracted to provide updates will amend any guidance notes that are impacted by that decision. Customers will be notified of this change in the What’s New section on the LexisNexis Practical Guidance homepage.
