We are pleased to announce that the technical issue relating to Lexis Advance® on the 14th of September, has been resolved, this was resolved on the 14th at approximately 4pm.

The search and login failures were caused by a system error and a root cause analysis is underway to ensure that all the necessary steps are put in place to avoid this issue in future.
